End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are popular in the material handling industry for their extreme flexibility. These machines have great performance characteristics that are quite like sit-down electric forklift models.
These lift truck units are ideal for warehouse environments which have limited space. The space required to operate these machines are less than the three-wheel electric lift truck truck needs. These machines are an excellent choice for applications that need regular on and off access, because their stand-up design is an exceptional characteristic.
Lots of businesses utilized a reach truck to maintain their storage facilities. These loading equipments can arrange finished goods on pallets and materials to be stacked or stored into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck offers easy and safe retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also a great option for those who prefer to store pallets of products they do not need for immediate use in an efficient and safe way.
All standard reach truck models will have an out-rigging mechanism secured to the front of the equipment. Telescoping tines are mounted to the out-rigging and could move down and up. The forks additionally have a hydraulic setup which enables the operator to pick up the load and move it over the out-riggers. This design not only provides more balance to the whole load, but makes it easier for the reach truck to maneuver into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
After the reach truck finds the shelves which are selected for the pallet, the hydraulics enable the blades to swing into position and lower the pallet into the shelving, sliding the pallet into place. Usually, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet across without problems, so long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
